Every Nation
Matthew 2:18 – 20
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Revelation 7:9
After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands

At the end of time, there would be a grand reunion of everyone who received the Good News of Jesus Christ from every part of the world coming together, shining as one, reflecting the image of our God. And we will be amazed with how our unique stories are woven into one big picture God has in mind. Together we will be a gigantic, majestic jigsaw puzzle of God’s greatness.
In the heart of Jesus is every nation, every town, every tribe and every individual. And there are still millions of people who haven’t heard the Gospel. Some of these people are found in our very houses, neighborhood, campuses, in our own spheres of influence, some are found in other provinces, countries and even in unknown tribes. Everyone needs to hear this free, radical news from God that we have been forgiven and reconciled to God in Jesus Christ. And our Lord Jesus Christ commissioned us for this great task to share this Good News to everyone, everywhere.

“Of course it’s dangerous. But it’s a lot more dangerous for all of us if we don’t do it. Even in a conquering army there are casualties. Safety is not the issue when we look at the Great Commission. The purpose of the church cannot be to survive, or even to thrive, but to serve.” – Andrew van der Bijl
